Outsourcing Training
Optimi Training offers companies language and cultural training
on a turnkey basis. This means that a company can outsource
all its training services to Optimi Training Oy which will then
take care of the services as comprehensively as possible in
accordance with a jointly agreed frame agreement.
Optimi Training has solid experience in managing language and
cultural training outsourcing agreements with several companies. We
have implemented training programs for large companies over the
whole of Finland so we are able to manage even large numbers of
students.
Our procedures for planning and organising training are very
methodical. Our strengths are particularly the high pedagogical
quality of our teaching, the employment of several teaching methods
as well as innovative training solutions that take into account
participants' needs. The training we offer is always goal-oriented,
motivating and productive. In addition, our clients can monitor the
progress of courses on the internet using the unique Optimi
Backstage Course Management System. We have had excellent feedback
form our clients regarding the Optimi Backstage System.
